About the Patient Resources

We have developed resource brochures that can be adapted for your clinical setting. In this section you can find:

A template that you can download and modify so you can create your own community resource brochure that is applicable to your youth population and clinical setting.

An example resource brochure that we use in our Flint, MI community.

Our national resource brochure, which contains links to resources throughout the country.

 

Our intervention allows interventionists/therapists to send youth a link to the national resource brochure during the clinical intervention via text message or email. However, all of the resource brochures can be downloaded and printed if your youth/clinical setting would prefer to provide hard copies.
